In the Gaming
News the new legislation is listed
Marge will be attending classes on June 25Lh Hie rent reform
has new limits. We will not be paying
for cleaning. For rent, we will be
paying 10% of
our gross
profits after prizes, which for example he would have gotten $571 .00 rather
than the $1000.00 and rent may not exceed a maximum of $1750.00. Mike is not willing to renegotiate our lease
now so we have to wait until March when our lease it up and he will have to
comply then Other organizations whose
leases up now in July and. August have it made but we will have to wait until
March because
Mike will not budge and give us a break. It would have helped our 45/55 and we
would not have paid for cleaning too.
The MDR of will
have more fees and will come out of the lawful purpose. Fees will go up about $350 and will not come
out of our expenses.
